Below you will answers to some of the questions we are most frequently asked.
Who does my hair and makeup?
All of our packages include hair and makeup with our stylist, for the blossom package
we recommend you do your hair and makeup before arriving at the studio and our stylist
will give you a once over before your shoot begins. For the Cerise and Magenta packages
your make up will be taken care of by our stylist. For all packages our stylist will be
on hand throughout to ensure you look your best.
How much time do I need to allow to get my prints?
You should allow around 4 weeks from the date of your shoot to receiving your prints.
Your proofs are ready to view via our secure gallery area within 7-10 days and your
prints are ready within 14 days from the date of order (this may be slightly longer
for special order items such as acrylics and photo books)
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes a deposit of 50% is required along with your booking form to secure your shoot.
What should I bring?
The most important thing is to bring outfits that you are going to feel comfortable wearing -
there is not much point in buying a head to toe leather cat suit specially for the shoot if
you are more of a lace and diamonds sort of girl!
Whatever your taste, we suggest you bring a choice of things to wear (you can bring as many
outfits as you like) and we’ll help you select the best outfits to get the best from your shoot.
Other things you might want to bring include underwear, belts, hats, long boots, strappy shoes,
stockings / tights, your partners favourite shirt / football top etc. If you require a bridal
set you can bring along your wedding underwear, shoes veil if you have them
Are there many people in the studio during my shoot?
There will be no more than 3 people in the studio during your shoot.
These will be the Photographer, the photographer’s assistant and yourself.
Can I bring a friend / partner along?
You are more than welcome to bring a friend/family member along with you for the shoot.
How much can I bare?
As much as you dare! Reveal as much or as little as you are comfortable with there will be no pressure from us, you set the boundaries of your shoot. However as your confidence grows in front of the camera do not be afraid to suggest poses.
What sets / props do you have?
We have a number of sets, both antique and modern, from a seductive low-lit chaise lounge to contemporary leather. We have a number of furs, throws, sheets and cushions available. If you have something specific in mind please ask and we will do our best to accommodate.
How do I view my proofs?
Your photos are available to view via our secure online gallery within 7-10 days of your shoot. You will be assigned a unique user name and password allowing you access to your photos.
Your photos will remain available for 12 months from the date of your shoot.
Do you airbrush / retouch my photos?
Yes we do, your proofs will be lightly retouched before you see them. Once you have chosen your final prints they will be expertly retouched to your specifications and made available for you to approve before printing.
Can I buy additional prints?
Additional prints can be purchased at any time from as little as £6 and you can choose them from the comfort of your home – there is no pressure from us to get you to buy additional prints.
Is this service confidential?
Yes 100% confidential. Client’s names or photos are never used without their express written permission.
What if I need to cancel?
Should you need to cancel your booking please give us as much notice as possible as cancellation fees apply:
7 or more day’s notice: No fees
Up to 7 days notice: 30% of deposit
24 hours or less: 100% of deposit
Do you have a female photographer?
We generally work as a husband and wife team however should you require a female photographer this is not a problem, just let us know when making your booking.
